For security and fraud prevention purposes, fox888 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or method will require additional verification and may take longer to process.
Any suspicious activity — including but not limited to the use of false information during registration, bonus abuse, money laundering, or attempts to exploit system errors — will result in immediate account freezing and a thorough investigation by the fox888 security team.
Fox888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically for any updates.

To register and use the fox888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as stated on your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password. Fox888 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active fox888 account. This includes a prohibition on opening new accounts using another person's name, a different phone number, or a different device. Breaching this rule is sufficient grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are fully responsible for keeping your fox888 account password confidential. Fox888 will never ask for your password via email, Telegram, or any other channel. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately through the account settings page and contact fox888 support.
Fox888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and other supporting documents. This verification process is in place to protect the security of your account.

Fox888 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Malaysia:

The minimum deposit at fox888 is RM30 per transaction. There is no publicly set maximum deposit limit; however, fox888 reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits to specific accounts based on risk assessment. Deposits are processed within three minutes in most cases.
The minimum withdrawal at fox888 is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level and VIP membership status. Standard members may withdraw up to RM30,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Withdrawals via Malaysian eWallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the account must have completed at least one prior deposit. For security purposes, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the original deposit method is unavailable, fox888 will contact the member to arrange a suitable alternative.

All bonuses offered by fox888 to members are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. These conditions include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum and maximum bet limits, bonus validity periods, eligible sports or games, and bonus winnings withdrawal limits.
The fox888 welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 is available to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements — please check the fox888 promotions page for the latest terms at the time of registration. The bonus may only be claimed once per new member and cannot be combined with other welcome promotions.
Fox888 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus if a member is found to be abusing the promotions system. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or any activity deemed to be an attempt to exploit fox888's bonus system unfairly.
Wagering Requirement: For example, if a bonus of RM100 carries a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before any winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is launched.
Fox888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet for reasons it deems appropriate, including but not limited to bets that exceed the set limits, bets placed after the relevant event has occurred (late bets), or bets linked to situations where there are signs of match-fixing.
All Sports Betting outcomes on fox888 are determined based on the official match results announced by the relevant sports governing body. For Malaysia Super League football, official results from FAM are used. For the EPL, results from the Premier League are used. Fox888 is not responsible for any errors originating from third-party results sources.
If a match is postponed or cancelled before the minimum required time has elapsed, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded to the member's account. For football, the minimum required time is 90 minutes of play. For other sports, the minimum time is as specified by fox888 in the respective sport's rules.
If displayed odds are found to be incorrect due to a technical or human error, fox888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the member. Fox888 is not liable to pay winnings based on clearly erroneous odds, even if the bet was accepted before the error was detected.
All casino games on fox888 — blackjack, baccarat, roulette, slots, and more — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by eCOGRA, an internationally recognised third-party testing body. The RTP for each game is displayed transparently within the fox888 platform.
Each casino table at fox888 has its own individually set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed before you join a table. Fox888 reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time based on operational requirements, with notice displayed on the platform.
For Live Casino games on fox888, game outcomes are final and determined by actual gameplay conducted by professional dealers. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, fox888 will use video recordings to determine a fair outcome.

Fox888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In the case of a legitimate termination, any remaining funds (after deducting bonuses that have not met the applicable requirements) will be returned to the member.
